Parcel Deliveries: We primarily utilize FedEx or DHL.

Large Shipments: We work with a range of specialized freight forwarders experienced in handling oversized or heavy cargo.

During the checkout process, you can select your preferred courier and view the specific services and delivery speeds available in your region.

3. Shipping Costs and Calculation

To ensure the most accurate pricing, shipping costs are not fixed:

Once your order is placed and the parts have been securely packed, we calculate the shipping rate based on the actual weight and dimensions of the package.

This method ensures you receive a fair quote based precisely on what is being shipped.

4. Customs, Duties, and Documentation (Export from Italy)

As our company is located in Italy (EU), please note that orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and local taxes determined by the destination country.

Customs Documentation: Upon specific request, we can include HS Codes (Harmonized System) and COO (Country of Origin) on the commercial invoices to assist with the customs clearance process.

5. Changing Your Delivery Address

We can modify the delivery address after an order has been placed, provided that:

• The goods have not yet been invoiced.
• The shipment has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the merchandise has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to redirect the package for security and logistical reasons.
